Due to the hygienic nature of skincare items, we do not offer refunds or returns once a product has been opened or used.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for replacement.
